Course Duration

Obtain a Certificate 2 in Hospitality

The theory components of this course are delivered over 5 weeks.

In addition, this course includes work-based training of 2 weeks at our training venue, Kalao Restaurant.Classes are rostered for 4 days per week (20 hours per week).

  • SITHFAB201 Provide responsible service of alcohol
  • SITHFAB206 Serve food and beverage
  • SITXFIN201  Process financial transactions

Further Studies

On completion of the Certificate II in Hospitality, students may pursue various higher education options at Stanley College or other Government Registered education institutions.
