Course Duration

Study  Certificate ii in Kitchen Operations This course is delivered over 26 weeks (including up to 6 weeks of holidays).

Classes are rostered for 2½ days per week (20 hours per week).

  • SITHCCC103 Prepare sandwiches
  • SITHCCC202  Produce appetisers and salads
  • SITHCCC102 Prepare simple dishes
  • BSBSUS201A  Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices
  • BSBCMM201A Communicate in the workplace
