Commercial Cookery Pathway


Course Duration

Career with SIT50313 Diploma of Hospitality

The course duration for students who have completed Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality is 26 weeks (including up to 6 weeks of holidays). 

Classes are rostered for 2½ days per week (20 hours per week).

Cost

The tuition fee for students who have completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is $5,200.

Further Studies

On completion of the SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management, students may pursue an SIT60316 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management at Stanley College or be granted entry into selected Bachelor courses at universities.
