Kalao Restaurant is the official training venue for Stanley College hospitality courses. Having two commercial kitchens and a restaurant on campus provides students with a distinct advantage as you can develop and improve your cookery, management, customer service and other skills in a real work environment.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery students spend 20 weeks (Term 2 and 3) in the kitchen learning practical skills before going to work-based training for 10 weeks (Term 4) at our partner clubs/hotels.

Caffè e Cucina to provide training for our students to build competencies in their career. Davvero! Caffè e Cucina is an Italian café-restaurant recently opened in Floreat, located in the outdoor area of the Floreat Forum shopping centre. Davvero! Caffé e Cucina is run by two Italian families who moved to Perth from Tuscany, and aims to offer an authentic Italian experience in a nice modern setting.
