*This unit of competency forms part of SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality.
This course equips you with the techniques and skills to confidently provide emergency care and life support to the ill or injured until medical aid arrives.
You will gain a broad range of knowledge and practical skills such as casualty assessment, decision making and basic life support including cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
It is a valuable course to complete and is a pre-requisite in many employment environments.
A Statement of Attainment will be issued at the end of the course.
