Education Agent Responsibilities

Stanley College engages Education Agents as non-exclusive representatives to assist students in enrolling and studying in Australia. All agents are expected to act ethically and professionally, complying with the requirements of the Education Service for Overseas Student Act 2000 (ESOS Act) and the Department of Home Affairs.

As representatives of Stanley College, agents are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about Stanley College's courses and services to students. They are required to act honestly, in good faith, and in the best interests of the students they assist.

Agents should possess appropriate knowledge and understanding of the international education system in Australia, including familiarity with the Australian International Education and Training Code of Ethics.

For each Application for Enrolment, the agent employee(s) involved in facilitating the enrolment must be clearly identified. Agents are responsible for ensuring that students meet their obligations regarding fee payments.

Agents are expected to cooperate with Stanley College's regulators, such as ASQA and TEQSA, by providing accurate and factual responses to information requests relevant to the delivery of services.
